Our signature vanilla bean cupcake is infused with a house-made cookie butter filling, then topped with a cookie butter buttercream and crushed Biscoff® cookies. Don’t know what cookie butter is? Sometimes called speculoos, it’s a recipe hailing from the Netherlands. It’s buttery goodness with notes of cinnamon and ginger. It feels like a warm hug and tastes like fall.
