Kitchen Ninja — Part Time
Job Summary

Magical Cupcake Kitchen team.
This part-time position will work 2-4 days per week, from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. or 5 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
We are looking for someone who is kind, has integrity, and is ready to learn something new.
Job Title: Kitchen Cupcake Ninja
Compensation: Starts at $14/hour + tips, depending on experience. Opportunity for raise after 90 days.
Perks: Discounts on cupcakes and merchandise
Hours: 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. OR 5 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Need to be able to work 2-4 days a week, occasional Saturdays is a plus.
Job Description: This position helps with creating batters, buttercreams, fillings, toppings, etc. to ensure we have enough product for the week. You will also be trained to decorate and help monitor cupcakes sold in our display case. Paying attention to details when filling orders, great communication skills, and being a strong team member are a must as well.
The Kitchen Cupcake Ninja Ninja knows their attention to detail will set up the rest of the week for success and that their best efforts will become artwork displayed for our guests.

Ambassador of Frosting and Joy — Part Time
Job Summary
Are you someone who loves to make people smile? This position is responsible for creating the magic that is the Oh My Cupcakes! experience. From the moment a guest enters the front door, the Ambassador is responsible for ensuring they enjoy a magical experience like no other. The Ambassador position knows our product so well it’s automatic. They enjoy conversing with guests. They share smiles, tell stories, and weave conversation like a magician. They’re skilled at offering suggestions based upon a guest’s occasion for coming in or flavors they express that they have liked in the past. The Ambassador is skilled at offering and suggesting additional products such as a birthday card or a beverage in an effort to create the most complete experience for our guests.
Job Title: Ambassador of Frosting and Joy
Pay: Based on experience Range: $12-15 an hour plus tips
Perks: Shared Tip Pool, Discounts on cupcakes and merchandise, staff outings, and a fun place to work!
Hours: 7-1pm, 1-6pm or 3:30-6pm. Need to be able to work 3-5 days a week, occasional Saturdays is a plus.
Job Description: Creating a great experience for our guests by serving them with warmth and a smile. Keeping the case full, clean, and merchandised well throughout the day. Making the front look like a dream when people walk through the doors and creating an incredible guest experience that will be shared over and over through story. This person is also responsible for maintaining the condition of the front of house, including receiving, marking, and merchandising new retail items as they arrive.
