Oh My Cupcakes! is hitting the road with our Mobile Cupcake Experience! Our Cupcake Ninjas are rolling into a community near you with fresh-baked cupcakes and a whole lot of fun!

Here’s how it works:
- We bake cupcakes fresh each day in our Magical Cupcake Kitchen. On Mobile Experience days, we’ll start before the sun rises, bake a big batch of cupcakes, load them up in our super cute new cupcake trailer, and roll on down the highway.
- We set up at a predetermined location and have baked-fresh-that-day cupcakes available for purchase.
- We’ll bring a few fun goodies and extras, you’ll get to meet our “On the Road” crew, and we’ll roll out the entire Oh My Cupcakes! experience complete with Insta-worthy backdrops and all that makes Oh My Cupcakes! that extra bit of magic and wonder.

We offer a few different package options depending upon your event type:
Mobile Package Option #1
Mobile Cupcake Experience for your Private Event
This is our best option for Weddings, Employee Appreciation, Ribbon Cuttings or Grand Openings, etc.
This option works like a charm for events where you want to treat each of your guests to a free cupcake.
Much like free drink tickets at a cash bar, this allows you to pay for the first one, and your guests have the option to choose more for purchase (to bring home to their family, for instance.)
Package includes:
- Two hours of the Mobile Cupcake Experience on site at your location within 20 miles of our store (additional mileage fees may apply outside of our local mileage range).
- A minimum of two Cupcake Ninjas staffing the event and welcoming your guests into our mobile “shop.”
- Predetermined number of tokens for your guests, each redeemable for one free cupcake.
- Option for guests to purchase additional cupcakes on their own if they choose.
Investment:
- $800 includes setup and teardown, staffing, and 150 tokens.
- $1,000 includes setup and teardown, staffing, and 200 tokens
- $1,200 include setup and teardown, staffing, and 250 tokens
- $1,400 includes setup and teardown, staffing, and 300 tokens
- $2,000 includes setup and teardown, staffing, and 500 tokens
Mobile Package Option #2
Let us know where we should be. Do you have an event coming up in your community that you think Oh My Cupcakes! should be a part of? How about a festival coming up?
Tell us who we should talk to and where we would be welcomed to set up our Mobile Cupcake Experience.
This option works like this:
Mobile Cupcake Experience for a Public Event
Festival, Pop-Up shop, smaller town, etc.
- Must have access to a minimum of 500 people/attendees.
- A minimum of two Cupcake Ninjas staffing the event and welcoming your guests into our “shop.”
- Cash-sale cupcakes with attendees each purchasing their own cupcakes
- Length of time varies based upon timing and needs of event
- Distance is flexible. (If it's not too far and it makes sense with our schedule, we'll be there!)
Investment: Cash sale cupcakes, no upfront investment.
Mobile Package Option #3
Hey! Do you know a specific organization or fundraising event that could use some help raising money?
We love supporting local communities and organizations. Let us partner with you and we’ll donate a portion of the day’s proceeds to your organization when you help secure a location and provide two volunteers to work alongside of our Cupcake Ninjas.
Here’s how that works:
Mobile Cupcake Experience for a Fundraiser
Sporting events, school carnivals, Booster Clubs, non-profit organizations, etc.
- You promote the event heavily across social media and marketing to your faithful supporters
- Includes 2 hours of the Mobile Cupcake Experience within 20 miles of our store. (Additional mileage rates apply for distances greater than 20 miles.)
- At least two Cupcake Ninjas staffing the event and welcoming your guests into our mobile “shop.”
- Must have access to a minimum of 500 people/attendees
- Cash-sale cupcakes with attendees each purchasing their own cupcakes
- You provide at least two volunteers to help with our Mobile Experience.
Volunteer duties may include helping your visitors have fun with the Instagram backdrops, shuttling refills of cupcakes between Oh My Cupcakes! storefront and the Mobile Experience (if needed) and interacting with your supporters and guests. The more fun we can collectively make the event, the more successful the event!
Your supporters purchase their own cupcakes. Oh My Cupcakes donates 10% of all Mobile Experience sales at your event directly to your organization.
Investment: $200 for two hours.
