What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect and store your first and last names, company name, email address, phone number, billing address including city, state and zip, shipping address including city, state and zip. We also collect and store the first and last name, company name, shipping address including city, state and zip, and phone number of anyone you're sending cupcakes to. All of this information is collected in order for us to fulfill your cupcake order.

Though we collect your credit card number, card expiration date and card CVV number, we do not store this information on our servers. In fact, this data never even touches our physical server and is passed directly to our merchant/card processor (Square) through a secure embedded payment form. We will never share any of your information with any individual outside of the Oh My Cupcakes! team, or any other corporate entity.

Media
If you upload images to the website, specifically when adding logos to cupcakes, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. It is possible that administrative users on our website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Copyright & Trademark Rules
Before you upload an image, specifically when adding logos to cupcakes, make sure that image falls in one of the four categories:
1) Own work: You own all rights to the image, usually meaning that you created it entirely yourself.
2) Freely licensed: You can prove that the copyright holder has released the image under an acceptable free license. Note that images that are licensed for use only on Wikipedia, or only for non-commercial or educational use, or under a license that doesn't allow for the creation of modified/derived works, are unsuitable. When in doubt, do not upload copyrighted images.
3) Public domain: You can prove that the image is in the public domain, i.e. free of all copyrights.
4) Fair use: You believe that the image meets the special conditions for non-free content, which exceptionally allow the use of unlicensed material, and you can provide an explicit non-free use rationale explaining why and how you intend to use it.

We reserve the right to not print any image that we believe infringes on a copyright or trademark.

Cookies
If you place an order or create an account on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and other user account information in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Any information submitted during the order process or submitted during the inquiry process will be pushed to an external email delivery tool at Mailgun.com, which delivered this information via email to the administrative users on this site.

Your email address will be sent to CampaignMonitor.com when you sign up to receive our email marketing or email newsletter.

Your payment information will be sent directly to Square.com when you submit payment for an order.

Your mobile telephone number will be sent to Twilio.com when you opt in to text message receipts or text message order notifications.
