Cupcake Mistakes

Local Delivery Terms

Our Delivery Ninjas make trips all over the Sioux Falls area six days a week. All orders are packaged with today's freshest cupcakes and delivered within a 2-hour window of your requested delivery time. We get it, you’re waiting on fresh, delicious cupcakes, and we come as close as we can to specific time requests, but depending upon our volume, we can’t guarantee exactly when our delivery van Sugar will roll up.

On exceptionally rare occasions, it may become necessary to suspend local delivery due to factors outside of our control, such as dangerous driving conditions or extreme temperatures. Rest assured, we won’t leave you hanging! If you scheduled a local delivery in advance and we're unable to fulfill your order, someone from our team will be in touch.

If you feel the quality of your cupcakes has been compromised during delivery, please contact us at right away at (605)310-6742 so we can make it better.

Nationwide Delivery Terms

Several flavors on our menu can be shipped nationwide. Cupcakes are shipped FedEx overnight, so you can rest assured the product you’re sending or receiving is the freshest possible. When you create an online order, the date you select is the date on which the cupcakes will be delivered to their destination. Cupcakes can be delivered on the following days of the week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

We may choose to suspend our nationwide delivery service when temperatures rise over 90 degrees for an extended period of time. Our packaging contains cooling packs, but extreme heat and delicious buttercream just don’t play well with one another. We want your cupcakes to be awesome, but in ultra-hot temps, we can't ensure the cupcakes will arrive well. No one wants a cupcake crisis!

We make every effort to see that your cupcakes get on-the-move on time and as planned. If something unexpected and outside of our control arises like a service interruption from our shipping company or extreme weather conditions, someone from our team will be in touch.

Our cupcakes travel long distances and go through a lot to get to you! In the case that the long journey affects the overall quality of your cupcakes, please don't hesitate to contact us at 605-310-6742 right away so we can make every effort to make it right.

Logo Cupcake Rules

Before you upload a logo or image to be printed on a cupcake make sure that image falls in one of the four categories below. We reserve the right to not print any image that we believe infringes on a copyright or trademark.

  1. Your own work: You own all rights to the image, usually meaning you created it entirely yourself.
  2. Freely licensed: You can prove that the copyright holder has released the image under an acceptable free license. Note that images that are licensed for use only on Wikipedia, or only for non-commercial or educational use, or under a license that doesn't allow for the creation of modified/derived works, are unsuitable. When in doubt, do not upload copyrighted images.
  3. Public domain: You can prove that the image is in the public domain, i.e. free of all copyrights.
  4. Fair use: You believe that the image meets the special conditions for non-free content, which exceptionally allow the use of unlicensed material, and you can provide an explicit non-free use rationale explaining why and how you intend to use it.
